Tommy Bowe is one of the UK and Ireland’s most recognisable players both on and off the pitch.
The two-time British and Irish Lion wing is PRO12 rugby’s current record try-scorer. With an impressive 148 appearances for Ulster and 68 International caps to his name, Tommy won both the Ulster and Ireland Player of the Year awards in 2008. With a 4 year deal playing with the Ospreys, Tommy scored a club-record four European Cup tries in a match against Treviso. Returning to Ulster in 2011 Tommy went on to become one of Ulster’s most prolific try scorers of all time.
With his international career equally as impressive, he scored 30 tries in just 69 caps for his country, and this brilliant strike rate leaves him second in the list of Ireland’s all-time leading try scorers.
Off field, the Monaghan-born player is from a truly athletic and enterprising family, and in 2012, saw Tommy launched his footwear brand Lloyd & Pryce then added a clothing line, XV Kings to his ‘Tommy Bowe Collection’ showing an entrepreneurial side to his character.
